Look how many useless toys we have and feel safe with them. Plane has many exits to open air and you will not sink into it if you run into it with that jacket. Plane has more than enough oxygen for you so you will not have to choke while falling down from 10 km to 4 km and will feel comfortable in that range of falling too.
J'aime beaucoup Air France, de leur avions (que je trouve très beau, la typo des lettres est bien) et j'aime beaucoup leur motto: "Faire du ciel le plus bel endroit de la Terre". Je trouve ça vachement bien. :)
@AFA318 I think in the US it is technically "Economy" but we call coach, or less flatteringly, steerage. Of course on Air France its really "Voyageur".
@SecretService80 If it was that bad of a crash, i doubt the fuselage would be fully intact, so there is your exit. And it not that hard to open a door on an airplane.
@Ichristian96 I know, but when that bad of a crash happens, people likely aren't going to be thinking clearly enough to do anything but scream and run.
@SecretService80 and run away from the aircraft? But i do think they should show people how to open it anyways. i mean all you do is flip the red switch on the flight attendant panel, and then open the door, but not everyone knows that.
@Ichristian96 No, run around in the cabin. There have also been many documented cases of people who are in so much shock, they just sit there. So, yes, I do think they should at least tell you how to open the door.
@SecretService80 It wouldn't be a bad idea, like i said above. But usual survivors include cabin crew, i mean the door isn't rocket science, but the bad thing about tests, is people aren't actually in danger tot their own lifes, so your correct in the fact they will do thing like that.
@SecretService80 don't worry bubba, it will be over before you know it! Just sit back and relax while we dive straight down to the ocean. Have a nice day!
@unstoppableguy Did you ever consider that is because they are so big they are much more lickly 2 have accidents/incidents more often then a small airline as they have more planes and more flights ! The are not unsafe they are just bigger.
@Locker10a Not exactly, if you think about it, big airlines such as Qantas, Emirates, Singapore, British Airways and Lufthansa have less crashes than Air France, maybe the airline is just unlucky.
@Locker10a No its because these planes are expensive so they don't have a lot of them and there is a high demand to travel where these planes have to travel which means these planes log more hours then domestic flight and they do the same route more often then a domestic plane which makes the hours add up really fast which makes the plane more likely to crash plane can only log so many hours to they get fatigued and cracked and these planes travel over the water which makes the corrode quickly.

@superhot340 I'm guessing that you're from the United States. 'Toilet' is the word for 'restroom' in most of the world. Only Americans and Canadians use the word 'restroom', which is a euphemism for 'toilet.'
