  • Awesomeness and yumminess all wrapped up in one. This one requires frequent pauses for taking notes, but the end result looks well worth those moments. I shall be testing this post haste. Yon tenderloin has been too long in the freezer anyway... :-)

  • @anmoose Skip the sauce. Tenderloin requires nothing but salt and pepper. Very tasty! KtC

I had to jump at it for it certainly is one of my favourite cuts of meat. I figured we will get about 4 gourmet dinners out of it (roast, mignon and a few thin steaks).   • @EckoOwnage 'BBQ Roast Beef Tenderloin', there is only four ingredients. The easiest recipe for the best cut of beef (oil, salt, pepper and a splash of wine). As for the sauce? Skip it! Only a drizzle is added anyway. (Of couse it certainly compliments the rich cut of meat and is actually worth preparing.) cheers, KtC
