  • Hey jane, I think at times cvs has great deals BUT don't u ever think that cvs over price alot of their items? Even though they give u ECB, sometimes it's because u overpaid on an item and they're giving u ur money back in ECB just so u can con't to shop at their store. Just a random thought.

    No this was the issue, some time ago but often times when you use your coupons with the Store Rewards you can get items free, there has been times I have gone in there with just my coupons and got items free. That is better then Walmart.
