I think the video is a tribute to who Tre is more so than his abilities. He doesn't play as many advanced techniques as Mike or Neil, but, what he plays is very tasteful and fits well with the rest of the music. As does the rest of the drummers you mentioned. Simply, he plays what the music needs; not what's technically difficult. Again, this could be same for Mike and Neil.

When they say craziest Drummer, he's not talking about his drumming, he's talking about...well, have you ever seen a Green Day interview? Tre' is the kind of guy that if something crosses his mind, he'll do/say it with out thinking, his wacky-ness, that we all love! :)

And for the record, Tre' is a good drummer, in the sense of quickness, and he isn't a show off, he saves his enegry for the songs, and not pointless drum solos.
