  • Good tip ;)

  • Check out wwww ajtravelmax com for your travel product needs!

  • LUSH BODYWASH!!!!!!!!!!

  • Does anyone know how much shampoo can one person can use in a month? I'm traveling out of the town and I don't know how big of a bottle I need?

  • i just have to say, i love that painting :]]

  • I learned my lesson in travelling by airplane... took my larger hair product bottle and because of the 3 oz guidelines that the airlines have now... they confinscated it :(

  • Not to mention, when my brother packed one of his big bottles of shampoo into his bag for a trip, the pressure from the airplane caused the shampoo bottle to explode all in his bag all over his clothes, and we were washing his bag out in the shower. :p Wouldn't have had that problem with a small bottle with a screw-on cap.

This is why you put your shampoo and soaps in a plastic bag as well when traveling.

  • i usually do that as well if i'm only traveling for a few days, if it's for more then a week then it's a no no lol

  • Plus smaller bottles are just cuter.. : >

  • I <3 doing this but hate running out when ur traveling partners ask 2 borrow bc they 4got their's & then it's not enuf 4 the whole trip. : /

  • omg, i love this. thank you sooo much :)

  • happy birthday man. you rock

  • Lush products are ***AMAZING***

  • This won't load for me...

  • Target also sells for travel size kits in the dollar bins that comes with 3 travel size bottles.

  • wow...i actually never thought to do that, until now thats is :D

  • thats a good one!

ill make sure to use that from now on <3

  • i love lush!!!

    haha

  • i'll talk to you, all of you soon haha <3

  • Ohhhh Lush. U should do a video about how lovely it is. I would slather myself in American Cream and Tramp everyday if I could afford it!

  • thanks. very helpful indeed! :) have a nice trip.

    <3

  • why is this video not loading for me? =(

  • its not loading for me either!!!!!

  • You can also just buy little empty travel-sized bottles and label them yourself if you use products that don't come in the small sizes. You're absolutely right. It's a LOT easier when traveling to carry less bulky stuff. (I've learned that the hard way, carrying two bags to go on a weekend trip. lolz!)

  • I use my left over small face creams for facial scrubs when I travel, or those small eye cream containers for make up remover (i don't often wear make up every day).

And I cut up soaps (like my lush ones) and put them into old mint/candy containers so they're travel sized too :3

  • You can also buy the 3 oz containers at drug stores nowadays for a few cents each, bc of the new airplane regulations.

This is a great tip though. I usually buy the jumbo size of every thing bc it comes out cheaper. I life in a dorm though, so to save space, I refill all my baby sized ones and keep them in my medicine cabinet or shelf and put all the jumbo bottles in storage. I only have to refill them like once a month & they are all ready for travel when I need them!

  • I'm not able to watch it :(

  • Dude its acne, every teenager will get it.

  • In Boots and Superdrug they sell little travel size empty bottles, spray containers, tubs etc

  • That's super practical...and SIMPLE. LOL I'd never even thought about it though. Thanks, Josh!

  • @Zirka4life Why does it matter? His videos are on make-up, not sexuality.

  • u like lush!! =]

  • Invite youtube/finnezze

  • I'm not able to watch the video! ='(

  • who cares if he's gay fuckin noob

  • trippppy wall

  • you can usually get small bottles like that at dollar stores so you can fill them with you own shampoo.

who cares if hes gay? seriously? its 2010.

  • omg what's up with the rude comments? geez

  • wouldnt u run out of stuff cuz i go on vacay for a few weeks and thts not enough

  • What's with all the hate comments on his video? It's ridiculous.

  • @aprilchelley i know....they are sick bastards arn't they...wow so a guy does make up on youtube just as good as girls probelly better and so what if he speaks a bit gay....i know loads of people who do and they are straight....i bet half the people sad enough to comment nasty are gay in denial

  • B eep beep beep beep BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPP!!!!!

  • @jfdhjgdh2010 yep he fucking loved it...whats it got to with you....your sick and twisted

  • Olive Branch smells AMAZING.

  • Lush Olive Branch is brilliant! It smells sooooooo gooood! :)))

  • good Idea

  • The other thing too is that the airport won't let you take the bigger bottles on the plane

  • Big Lots sells travel container kits - 16 or 18 containers for $4. Also if you are friendly with your MAC counter peeps and ask very nicely, they will give you some of their little jars for travel. Happy Travels!

  • i just travelled and had so much trouble packing stuff and ended up leaving so much behind

wish i had watched this before!

  • lol YEY LUSH i love that store :D

  • I like the 1$ store for that...I am addicted to trial size bottles..or just small bottles and stuff...doesn't matter what it is..as long as its itty bitty bottles..I will buy that..So silly too..cause i don't travel..:?..lol..I have a hell of a time going down the isle for bathroom supplies at the 1$..cause of all the small supplies...especially containers..so stupid..lol..

  • that made my day haha.

  • also make sure the bottle closes right and doesn't leak . and remember that with the change of altitude comes a change in pressure so careful when opening them all your product might spill out!

  • Type in - JakeRs Stoner video - it's the best shit out on YOU TUBE so far

  • Very useful tip, thank you.

  • lol what is it? diet pills?

  • ugh! everytime i try and watch this video it doesnt work..and its only with this video..idk why.. :(

  • I bought bottles like that from CVS its like 5 for 3$ or something and they have different sizes so its great! :P

  • @Netjack idk i wonder.....

  • There are travel bottles you can get at like walgreens too

  • there is also the 3oz. rule if you are flying and don't want to have to pay to check your bag, you can pack those little bottles that are 3oz or less, b/c that is the requirement and save yourself around $50. that's what I did for this trip

  • that is really smart.. i would have never thought of that thanks!

  • @SWINESdimes

    no just Californian people....

  • i wonder if his closets still dusty

  • hehehe funny

  • ur a genious (:

  • Great idea.... or you could buy clear travel size containers and fill them up from indistutrial size. (don't forget to label them also)

  • That's what I do. I buy the small clear travel size bottles and fill them up from my big bottles.

  • Take a nap you look sleepy.

  • these are the best ^.^

  • aewsome.. whats your twitter??

  • You don't even have to get the trial size. I know the Container Store has oodles of traves size bottles, they're perfect for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

  • At target where I live there is a HUGE section of little bottles like that and I'm talking they have EVERYTHING!! From the traditional stuff to toothpaste to little things of shaving cream and deoderant so thats a GREAT place to look. (And also Thier good to keep around in guest bedrooms or to have around if your friends are staying over and if you on vacation!)

  • I have missed your quick tips so much! thanks

  • Great tip! thanks

  • I collect bottles

  • Daisy Downer Comment of the Day:

Some, if not most plastic containers like that for cosmetics and water bottles can only be re-used once if not at all. The plastic will release chemicals after more than one use. Don't know which are re-use safe or not. So, basically this is a useless comment. :/

  • source?

  • They have them in Tesco aswelll.

  • Hey!! Where can you pick up trial sizes for free (like those Philosophy products)? Every where I go they pretty much only give itty bitty sample containers. lol

  • niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeee have fun at your travel..thing ahahaaaa!!

  • You can get whole kits of those at, like, dollar tree. I know that's what I did, it comes with like...I think four little bottles, and a travel toothbrush, and one of those nifty little plastic things that holds a bar of soap :)

  • Also, a good reason to hold on to the bottles is to pass airport security. You have to have about 3 oz bottles for liquid products and aerosols.

  • lol the term goober used to be a slang term so technically it was in at some point

  • They have plastic travel size bottles like that at Target and/or walmart in the travel section of the store. The same place you would buy the little shampoos and toothpastes, etc. They are cheap. :<)

  • yess! i'm doing the same with the philosophy purity made simple! ordered the smaller version to try it out :D

i love the idea though :)

  • I adore lush.

  • cool tip man

  • @polkadotkiss LUSH u goober

  • LUSH!!!

  • yep olay and ecream i bring!

  • or just dont take any, and make room for new ones you purchase. Now THAT'S a good plan.

  • Great tip! thanks!!!

  • It's sad that some subscribers might need this info. Seems like common sense to me...

  • I agree. :P

  • Yeah when I seen this I was like uhm yeah I knew that but I felt sorry that some people were like OH WOW thanks in the comments LOL seriously ppl are that dense?

  • why am i not surprised to see lush products in beauty guru's videos? cause they're awesome and smell fan-fokin-tastic

  • travel size is awesome because it cuts down on things to carry and if some thing awful happens and some thing spills the little bottle will make far less mess.

  • common sense, ?

  • thx for the tip very helpful

  • he didnt say alright so this time! wtf!

  • no shade but thats just common sense :/

  • I LOVE LUSH PRODUCTS!!!

  • You can also buy generic empty bottles and make your own travel sizes :)

  • Yup. =)

  • thnkx ill def try that !!!

    -ink679

  • great tip!

  • oay i will

  • Your videos are great!

  • lol i always do that! but good ideas if not u can buy them clear bottles and just poor the stuff into them for like a buck at like target

  • were u in nj recently?

  • Happy New Year Josh !

  • LUSH STUFF <3 <3 awesome .

  • good idea, cause depending on where you are they take it and throw it away. and when its the reall nice and sometimes expencive stuff that sucks....

  • i like ur vids, but this was kinda pointless..imo

  • the travel size stuff runs out to quickly:( put still good tip.

  • That's why he said to keep the smaller bottle so you can refill it...

  • Can u do a skin care video

  • you are so cute!

  • Woo!

  • Oh god, I love little mini things. It's an obsession.

  • Gah! Lush, I work there:) Do they still have Freeze in the States as a regular product? In Ireland its discontinued but is now a Retro Lush product, oh saddness.

  • I love lush. Their body washes are just so expensive though. O.o

  • @GriffinWolf2008 But so lovely and so natural.... and not too harsh on the skin...worth it!!

  • you are so cute!!! happy new year :)

  • also, u can buy the empy ones at like the dollar store and just pore ur product into the bottle.

  • @bubbles9871 i was thinking that, i've gotten small bottles at walmart and put shampoo and conditioner in them

  • lol. its such a good idea. its much cheaper then also buying th esmaller sizes. if u can its a good idea. btu some time su can buy like packs of smaller ones. and thre adorable :p

  • yourbeautiful<3 with or without make up

  • I looooove Lush! :D<3

  • thanks so much for the tip :)

    happy new year

    :D

  • why not just buy little reusable bottles from any dollar store? just wondering...

  • reasons to reuse the travel size bottles instead of throwing them away: 1) help save the earth by being greener 2) saves money 3) saves you the trip of having to go to the dollar store

reasons to not purchase empty reusable bottles: 1) being wasteful 2) waste of money 3) destroying the planet.

  • although i agree with you, you're not exactly destroying the planet by purchasing bottles from a store. i mean it's the same amount of plastic you would possess if you took/bought a trial-sized bottle. i made my comment because trial sizes aren't always available.

  • lush is life! haha

  • love youuuuuu !!!! <3

  • you use lush and philosopy...awesome!! love their products!

  • cool! you use philosophy!!!! lol

  • LUSH <3

  • one of my travel rules!! most of the trial sizes are 3oz or less too for your carry-on, what I do is by one or two sets of EVERYTHING I need, shower gel, toothpaste, hair product, deodorant, etc put one of each in a quart size ziploc and you never need worry about forgetting toiletries again!

  • Also keep your bottles in a plastic bag in case of spills.

  • yup, i learned that the hard way!

another thing i learned the hard way is to put different things in different bags! i put everything in 1 big bag and when i went to put my contacts in i got the shock of my life when i learned some shampoo leaked into my contact solution. yes a duh moment, but sometimes you learn things the hard way lmao

  • Whenever I see LUSH products...it makes me smile. :)

  • you can also just get cheap little empty bottles at the drug store and fill them with your shampoo or whatever you need to bring and then they're smaller and what you want !

  • Btw, LOVE your tattoo, on your arm - did it hurt? I'm asking because I'm planing to get myself one, in the exact same place and the same way (bracelet shape) as you have it... ; ) Happy new year, from Tallinn, Estonia! ; )

  • visit me in miami,josh!

  • what i do is ask for little samples at MAC and they put them in tiny pots and just use them when i'm traveling.

    :)

    xx

  • I did the same thing last week! I went and bought the huge 1L of Philosophy's Purity face wash and I picked up the really small 1 oz bottle for free with my Sephora points. It would be crazy to try and bring my 1L bottle around. Now I can just fill up the tiny 1 oz one and bring with me for travel :)

  • Yup

  • LUSH!

    (:

    <3

  • i love you!

    kisses from poland ;*

  • LUSH!! <3 ;D
