  • folks... try and get Travolta and Thurman out of your heads and actually listen to the song!

Yeah, I know... it lasts only 1:40 :)

  • Maybe his greatest poetry. Dylan's great...but get back Bobby on this one (and other CBs!)..

  • Where's a Jackrabbit Slim's when you want one??

  • Enjoy the almost 3 million views.

  • All I can think of is John Travolta dancing.

  • Chuck is TIMELESS!!!

  • the founder of rock and roll,, chuck is the iventor of r&r....

  • Well, if you don't at least tap your foot listening to this, I suggest you check your pulse, you may be dead.

  • WOWZZERZ!!! I just broke my leg doing the twist! Long live CHUCK BERRY the man that defined ROCK N ROLL. Oh yeah>lets dance

  • ok now I want to jive with travolta

  • @fernanquintana I use to dance to this years ago, very good song

  • Love how my comment was removed for being a fan of the song and giving prospective to the fact that some of us young people have it right. But adults can knock us for the fact that some of us have horrid taste in music. Hippocratic people....tis what makes this world.

  • Pierre and his teenage bride were into music and cars.

  • volkscom, My wheels was a green '49 Studebaker. Some of the girls, the bobbysoxers, had a hi-fi, but us guys didn't stay home enough to think of buying one. In our cars, we listened to WLAC from Gallatin, Tennessee, and went to places where there was a jukebox. What a shame everyone didn't have the opportunity to live during those years. "American Graffiti" expressed it pretty well. However, in small town Alabama, we didn't play "chicken". We weren't that dumb.

  • The first rock and roll song I remember clearly was "Hearts of Stone" by the Charms. Then came Ray Charles with "I Got a Woman", Fats with "Ain't That a Shame", and Little Richard with "Long Tall Sally". I loved Chuck's songs, but they were not good bopping songs. Jimmy Reed had the best bopping.

From a 73 year old Panama City bopper from Alabama.

  • @datsome80 It does play on the radio, infact that's what sent me here. You just gotta know what radio station to tune into.

  • @Maruragakari My mistake. I can't find any radio channels that play good music.

  • @datsome80 For the longest time I didn't even knew this was in PF until I saw it recently.

  • @datsome80 it's fiction use spell check it works

  • @datsome80 well I wonder if you were so idiot before Pulp Fiction?

  • From personal experience, if you ever decide to stop by Jack Rabbit Slims, make sure not to sign in the Buddy Holly section, he's not much of a waiter. Sign in the Marilyn Monroe section instead.

  • "I believe Marsellus, my husband, your boss, told you to take me out and do whatever I wanted. Now I wanna to dance, I wanna, I want that trophy. So dance good."

  • John Lennon said it best "If you want to rename Rock and Roll you can always call it CHUCK BERRY"!

  • @sb2244 right on,,,

  • 2 763 724 views for a so old music... It goes to show You never can tell !!!

  • pulp fiction, overrated crap ripped off kiss me deadly, mr. berry was around before the loser show up!

  • @southernbrooklyngal The ONLY thing Pulp Fiction is related to Kiss Me Deadly is The mysterious suitcase's glowing properties which were inspired by the film just so you know.

  • There are 47 communists that disliked this song

  • Pulp Fiction <3 best movie ever made

  • it was sometime sence i saw it, onething iknow is that this song sure is better then the movie itself, so try to find good music for yourself and stop remember them by a crapy movie pls and try to remember them by a good sweet kiss for the first time or a lovely picknick (and i mean a lovely picknick) im tired to hear oh ya this is from that crappy movie or like take the Pulpfiction Them you know with the surfG They say oh Black Eyed Peace did that noo morans Chuck Berry did it.

    - i had to sry.

  • @MsRandomPro ok seriously? There's nothing wrong with hearing music in a film you like and enjoying it after you watch the film. I knew this song before I watched pulp fiction, so don't tell me to "try to find good music for myself" because I'm pretty sure I'm capable of that. Sorry, next time I'll refrain from liking movies that you don't approve of. The song just reminds me of pulp fiction because I enjoyed the movie and the fact that the song was in it, sorry.

  • @iamtherandomer

That's good that's very good..but so you knew the music before the movie then my words was not for you.

and you clearly didn't understand what i ment did you..You just saw what i said that was infront of you but dig little more and you realize what i ment so ya..and sure you can love music from films but it's so sad that the world have become that way, that you have to look at flims to hear good music or even discover them for most ppls, do you see now what i ment what i wrote?

  • @MsRandomPro yes I see but I don't understand why you had a go at me for the world's problems.

  • @iamtherandomer I have agree with you completely as I too knew the song well since 1964 but yes it reminds me of the film too which I found excellant No offense to @MsRandomPro as she evidently missunderstood your comment and assumed to much

  • @MsRandomPro It's not about "not being able to find music for yourself". Anybody with half a brain can do that, and it's nothing to be particularly proud of.

You have to remember that this music is even before the time of the PARENTS of kids today, let alone the kids themselves.

You should be glad that there are movies and video games that feature great music from a half century ago. Otherwise, it'd be largely forgotten, because there's just SO MUCH good music to wade through.

  • @vigilanteartist

ya man i hear you <3

  • @vigilanteartist Your a contradiction of yourself

  • @MonkeyHunch How so?

  • Justin Bieber and I danced on this song totally wasted because of the the pot we smoked together and after we had a little chat about music industry and then we suck each others doodles.

  • happy song

  • I loooove this song!!! it reminds me of New Orleans!!!

  • As stated time and time again; the dude led the way for what we got today! Long Live Rock&Roll........

  • This one makes me bob my head and Johnny B. Good makes me tap my foot, what about you?

  • @Pillowpants8495 Yeah,you betcha that's all you can do.Definitely,one of the greats!

  • @lasershipman

There is NOTHING like the good ol' ROCK n' ROLL ........ keep on rockin'

  • @Pillowpants8495 for me its both. ;)

  • Even total idiot would know how to dance to this song... seriously it's so good that I barely keep myself straight. And if you still think that you don't know how to dance to this piece of art... watch Pulp Fiction(again) veery closely.

  • It's funny that everyone gets pissy about "industry churned out artists" nowadays. Especially when they did the same thing back in the day.

  • @MrAbruer18 "Back in the day" there was no Justin Beiber.

  • 47 people forgot what real music sounded like

  • Eleven el volúmen y bailen como se des le la gana como yo lo estoy haciendo jijij

  • can any one recommend me more stuff like this?

  • @iMushroomify - Try 'Little Queenie' by Chuck Berry - another great tune.

  • Dont forget, Pulp Fiction or Mr Tarintino, well atleast not all of it, what about that dance!! xD

    Classssy.

  • 47 people lost the twist contest.

  • Great tune

  • pulp fiction is overrated. but not Chuck Berry :))

  • I want a pack of Red Apples.

  • I can't imagine Pulp Fiction without Chuck's song Oh...man it's gonna be boring

  • actually blues and jazz were the origins of rock which started in the slave culture

  • Fuck All The People Who Hate On Music. I Can Like Frank Sinatra, Taylor Swift, Led Zeppelin, 50 cent, Louis Armstrong, Bon Jovi, And The Beatles All At The Same Time And You Know Why Because Music Art And Beauty Are All In The Eyes Of The Beholder If You Don't Appreciate Music In Every Form You Don't Appreciate Music Period.

  • @Xuz999 Fucking right man!!!!!!! you couldn't be more right!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Xuz999 problem is ,most of the beholders are all f#*ked up nowdays.

  • @Xuz999 That's a bullshit statement. I don't have to appreciate all music to appreciate music period. For example; Chuck Berry, Led Zeppelin, Frank Sinatra, and the Beatles are all much better than Taylor Swift, 50 Cent, and Bon Jovi. There is a very thick line between good music and shit music.

  • @DrAlmond420

No That Is A BS Statement You Basing You Point On What You Like Not What Every One Likes There A Big Difference Between What You Like And What Someone Else Likes .Surely The Fans Of Taylor Swift, 50 Cent, and Bon Jovi They Must Like There Music They Have Quite Large Fan Bases There Is No Such Thing As Bad Or Good Music Just Music You Don’t Understand Or Just Don’t Get Simple :P

  • @Xuz999 50 cent, Rihana, Kate Perry is not Music!!!!!

  • @floppybollox3

Yes It Is .It’s Just Music You Don’t like Look at My Another Comments Those Explain This Argument Already

  • @Xuz999 No,no,no it is not music by any definition, I don't need to look at your other comments I already have my own criteria and understanding of music. The previously mentioned 'artists' are industry products churned off a production line of bland, repetitive, unoriginal and artificially produced ditties passing off as music to the acoustically challenged and immature audiences that buy it.It is about image and style over substance (sex sells) and will not last the test of time as real music.

  • @Xuz999 ZorekgRf should read floppybolloxs...:)

  • @DrAlmond420 Damn right!

  • I hate this song now because Iost the jack rabbit slims twist contest to this song

  • Chuck Berry and Pulp Fiction are both LEGENDARY!

  • @Rustyshacklefization Thumbed you up.

  • @Rustyshacklefization I used it when I wasn't aware people posted it so much. No offence intended :P

  • @MichaelLawlorRojas If you had a dollar for everytime someone wrote that comment and got a thumbs up you`d be a millionaire but you`d also be a dumbass fuck

  • @MonkeyHunch Look at my previous comment dude, I never meant to offend, although from the way you address me, it sounds like you already have anger issues.

  • @MonkeyHunch LOL, just read your comment on my profile. Obvious troll is obvious.
