True, I remember this to be a very chilling episode. The last twenty seconds where the close up of Ciji's eyes in the poster, faded into her washed up body on the beach, really sent shivers down my spine.

Yes in the UK we were years behind,a newspaper wrongly said Ciji died in a car crash so this episode was a shock.

I loved Lisa Hartman's character Ciji - it's just too bad she had to die because when she came back as Kathy Geary, it wasn't the same.

even this version sounds good. this would have been a good rendition to be re-relased but 1983 was too soon, would have beeen a good rendition for 1990 or 1993 not 1983.

I may have only been 3-4 when she played Ciji but I was a major fan and remember being happy to see her when she came back on as Cathy but I also remember being p***ed off that she was this new character instead of Ciji. lol I guess I wanted her to magically be alive. haha

I agree wholeheartedly! I think Amanda Blue Leigh from Spider will be getting some traction with getting their song recognized more....She just posted another Spider song- "Everything is alright". You would think with bandmate Holly Knight becoming one of the premiere songwriters in the industry, this song, and others from Spider would gain some more notoriety. Good stuff there, and here on Lisa's vid. 5 stars

no, this is the very beginning of the episode where unfortunately you see Ciji's body washed up on the shore, & everyone else is waiting for her at Daniel's (Richard's restaurant) and Ginger sings instead. not that I'm a fan or anything, LOL. I wasn't even born when this episode came out, but I'm a huge Knots Landing fan.
