  • yo

  • This. Is. Ridiculous. O_O It's like the fountain at the Bellagio, but more awesome.

  • You guys did such a great job!!!! (:

  • cool i like the vrsion of this song to trans siebarian orcistra :) but still it's cool =D

  • wow is that the house playing the song hahahahaha

  • This was amazing

  • I would totally drive down your road too just to see this but unfortunately I dont live anywhere near there. Im just a little too far from Kentucky to see this. But you really have done an AMAZING JOB!

  • Much more artful with the timing than most people who do this. Would have liked to see a bit more lit up at a time though. So many beautiful lights we only get to see briefly.

  • I would luv to see your electic bill

  • Chuck Norris's Christmas Tree

  • I love the effect on your eves!

  • hats off great job

  • I don't like this version of carol of the bells

  • Very creative.

  • Mannheim Steamroller is my favorite Christmas music band, but their songs are damn hard to find when you don't know the titles.

I think this might be the one I was looking for...oh, wait, it isn't

  • @CousinStudios4 you could just download the cds

  • @chickenwing986 why would I spend $50 on CDs I might already have, when I can just look around on Amazon and try to find the one I'm looking for?

  • @CousinStudios4 the pirate bay . com

  • @chickenwing986 not what I was asking. I meant, why would I go and get 20 different songs I might already have when I'm only looking for the one?

  • @CousinStudios4 I don't know, but if you imported all 4 of the mannheim steamroller cds that you already own into your iTunes then you dont have a problem. The gracenote cd track database included with iTunes will tell you the titles automatically, it's great music and it doesn't hurt to have 4 of the best christmas albums ever made on your computer.

  • I love after affects...

  • very nice show but i feel someone has too much time and money on their hands. This time and money could have been used toward more humane endeavors. Still I must admit it is a good show and may you have a Merry Christmas and may the Lord bless you and keep you.

  • how is there no glow on the ground from all these lights?

  • Close Encounters meets Christmas. Just AWESOME!

  • All I see is the Assassins Creed symbol at the top..

  • @Bl4ckM4gic037 Maybe they're assassins....? :D

  • @canadia7x I knew it!

  • @Bl4ckM4gic037 lol, yup!

  • one of the best christmas videos ever!!!!!!!!!

  • It's like Close Encounters of the Christmas Kind, it's awesome!

  • This is Epic!!!

  • 10 people missed the like button

  • they synchronized the music over the radio?? how the hell did they make that work?

  • Chip Davis's Best friend rush limbaugh is again ridiculing rich people

giving away money to the poor...

Chip Davis...should disown his hateful and Grinchful Friend !

  • That was incredible! It's definitely one of the better Christmas light/music sequences I've seen :-D Great job!!!

  • Awesome! I love it, so cool.

Sorry to hear about to tornado :( That must've been hard.

    Bravo!

  • Perhaps the worst version of Carol Of The Bells to exist.

  • @TheIronEagle14 And you are perhaps the worst person to exist. Shut up. Merry Christmas.

  • @0manoscar Woah woah, no need for hostility or anger, the song is just wretched. You don't know me, so you can't say whether I'm 'the worst'. I heard the song, it sucked. You read my comment, and got flustered.

  • @TheIronEagle14 This is possibly my favorite version of Carol of the Bells ever! Personally much than Trans Siberian over-rated Orchestra

  • This is so freaking amazing dude.

  • amazing!

  • @2:47 is EPIC. PING PONG!

  • Thumbs WAY Up. This is the first I've seen that respects the musical elements and layers. I enjoyed it :)

  • great video

  • LOVE it!

  • gotta play thiz for band!!! hahahahaha givez me an idea bout it :p

  • Are you doing this this year also? I may have to take a flight to Kentucky

  • @onebadsarge : No, sad to say we aren't. After the tornado hit the place, we sold the property "as-is" and moved on.

  • @jeremycprice That is a damn shame :( Sorry to hear that

  • Comment removed

  • @jeremycprice i live in kentucky too i remember that tornado i live in louisville.

  • oh wow!! that's so amazing!!!

  • How do you program it to do this? I want to do it with my house, but I'm not sure how.

  • @danina8705 : We used Light-o-Rama's software and hardware. Spent about 30 hours per song programming the lights to the music. You load the song into the software as well as the different circuits you have (a circuit turns on/off a set of lights) and then you decide which lights you want on or off (dimmed, etc.) for each beat in the music. Then have the software play the music and it runs the lights.

  • nice job!!

  • That is so cool!!!!

  • This may be a stupid question, but is there actually music coming from the house, or did you overlay it onto the video of the lights?

  • @fastcarsforever : The same computer controlling the lights is also transmitting the music over a 1-watt FM transmitter. Folks in their cars just tune their radio to the station I'm transmitting on and sit back, watch, listen and enjoy.

  • @fastcarsforever : Music is coming from the house. Actually, the computer running the lights also has an FM transmitter installed (~$50) that we had trasmitting the music to people's radios. People in their cars tuned to that station and were able to watch the lights and listen to the music.

  • @jeremycprice i dont care who you are thats cool right there

  • YAY! GO YOUR CHRISTMAS VIDEO YAY!

  • Im playing the concert band version of this in band (:

  • soooo cool we do that to our house to!!!!!

  • ouch for your house. how is it now??

  • @HarryPotter517 : Lots of structural damage. We wound up selling the house as it sat - damaged. A local couple bought the house and fixed it up.

  • @jeremycprice

    Why/how was your house damaged?

  • @chewys2bad : Later on, a tornado swept through the country side and hit our place. It did quite a bit of damage.

  • @jeremycprice y structural damage? looks great!

  • @jeremycprice what happen to your house .it makes me wonder what did that dude said

  • @Solidnick11 : Afterwards, a tornado came through and hit the house. Blew out the windows, lifted the roof. Did lots of damage to the place.

  • @jeremycprice Oh.No wonder.Im sorry for your house.May the force be with you.lol.

  • How is there structucal damage?

  • @jfkdjfd : A tornado came through and hit our house the following year.

  • That really sucks dude, i mean it.

  • May I ask how long this took to put up and perfectly coordinate? LOL

  • @xXTaraNyaXx : We started programming the lights in late August. Tried to have as much timing done on the computer before setting it up outside. We started working on the outside display on Halloween and we launched the show the week of Thanksgiving.

  • (y)

  • dude how much was your light bill??

  • @candybaby3956 : Our light bill didn't change. For the most part, the lights are 'off' They just blink once in a while. It cost less than one dollar per hour to run, but since we turned all the lights off inside the house so it wouldn't distract from the show, it was a wash in the end. The light show cost a little extra but we saved a little extra by shutting off interior lights.

  • that is SO AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Incredible!

  • *claps* yay, that was awesome. i love the song and the lights worked so well with it. yayness. thanks for sharing this with the world.

  • You have some really awsome timing. I've seen a few where the timing is off a bit it it pretty much ruins it. But yours is right on the mark. Bravo.

  • I have to say, I love this light show. it's my favorite, and i've seen... hmm.. about 100 of these. i love it. thx for posting it!

  • Out of the light shows I've seen... this is far the best and most intricate!

  • that's pretty cool.... this version of the song is strange though! I'm doing a dance to it so that's why i looked it up. the singing is psycho and freakish though. but the song is cool! its just the singing that creeps me out....

  • the song is performed by Mannheim Steamroller. :)

  • yes that explains everything ^^ It really is creepy!

  • Out of all the Carol of the Bells Christmas lights show I've seen, this one is one the best!

  • great job

  • If your house had damage in the tornado, I'll bet that your insurance company is screwing you over.

  • hey dude your house got blown down in the tornado not to long ago

  • Yeah, that sucks. It was a really nice house. So glad we weren't there when the tornado came through. What remains of the house is for sale for the moment (land, salvage, as-is value) unless the insurance company says tear it the rest of the way down or we're able to put it back to the way it was.

  • ya my house was a few feet away from the tornado i got a little damage

  • hey do you think you could do it again this light show is awsome

  • @jeremycprice Holy crap that seriously does suck, my regards to you and your family

  • hey Jeremy do you have a son named ryan price and his friend is aason page

  • AMAZING!!!

  • great vid!!! i really like how you made the lights on the ground bounce off of eachother‼

  • WOW that was amazing!!!!!!!!!

  • Hehe, i got chills watching this. Bloody awesome i will not lie to you.

  • Incredible! Having each display feature a different sound. The bells, trees blaring trumpets, LUV the stars for voices. Not showing it all at once but having surprises pop up throughout the whole show, best light display on the net!

  • I am just mesmerised at how Awesome this is

  • Great job!

  • That was incredible! Well done!

  • woah. that was amazing! i didnt think people actually did that, but that was absolutely incredible.

  • I hope you do it again this year

  • I saw this in person, and I have to say that it was probably the most amazing light display I have ever seen or ever will see. Great job!

  • Jeremy, great job with the video. Still doesn't do your work justice. Tompkinsville should be proud to have such a display, sounds like you gave people another reason to help others. Surely many of your viewers spent time talking about Tompkinsville before and after their visit. Many must have stopped to see a friend or a relative and to spend some money locally.

  • These people are amazing! I want their spare time.
