well its hard to tell because of the poor video quality, but it does appear to be a serious tend. even if its a clean block, i wouldnt say he made a fool out of himself. tinsley's is a gifted player when he's healthy and an effective point guard when he has some talent to spread it around to, unfortunately neither has been the case. Unless you've been an NBA starter and produced significantly better results be careful what you say about the guy.
