This is the most ridiculous spidey video I have seen. A lot of innovative stuff. Question. How do you do that wave dash? I know the inputs for wave dash and I can do it fine, but when I'm trying with spidey I can't get him to cover the same distance that you're getting in the videos

@EthanSh1n Honestly like I told the other people who asked those combos are very impractical but I broke one of my arcade stick performing those dashes. Theres an easier way to get across the screen but I'm not great with plink dashing. That's why you only see a few combos with them in the video. To answer your question though mash like a mad man to get across the screen

@saik212 it works on all but it's more of a pre buffer input. You should be inputting the motion for web throw so that it ends the first available active frame of neutral state. Think of it as a one frame link

@MetalUpYourAss333 Oh well in that case I'll give a quick run down. Dash with the buttons (command dash) and mid dash press down on the joystick or d-pad. Spidey, and most the cast, will stop their dash and crouch. When done in rapid succession your character will keep restarting their dash start up (the faster part of the dash) and excel across the screen a lot faster. This technique is called wave dashing.

Spidey has to do weird hard combos for ok damage? Last time I checked 840+K damage is pretty substantial and that's with out assists hyper or x factor. yeah you may have to TK the web throw but if your a Dante user you have transform acid rain loop x factor lvl3 hyper just to break 800k.

@Imozart0341I i use dante and do 800k+ without acid rain, assist... what does this have to do with the combo vid again? and if you didnt notice spidey has ultimate web throw and if you have an assist and possibly in other situations you can get an easy reset for a free 300k+. these combos arent crazy difficult, if you play spider man, just have to work on it to achieve it, and you cant tech a command throw...I dont think youve played the game enough to be making comments like that
