i have a Question. Does the Light effect also affect the Texture or Sculpt when uploaded to Second Life, or just in Maya ?

@eldementecentrino When you bake the texture with the lighting effects, it will create a texture that has the lights/shadows incorporated into it. So yes, when you upload that texture back into maya or SL, those effects will be seen.
