You would feel the energy moving up MY right arm, and down my left arm. You wouldn't necessarily know it is my arms it is moving through though (although you do now :> ). What you would feel would be the ametrine moving in a circle (clockwise because that's the way I spin all of the time).
12 o'clock midnight, and I'm doing this without my glasses on. Makes me dizzy. :)
Try it out with someone sometime, and see if they need to recover from their astonishment by closing their jaw that had opened so wide it had hit the table.
