Also Jimmy Page along with Iommi are both considered the pioneers of the heavy metal riff, although Jimmy Page/Zeppelin certainly didn't take it as far as Iommi. By far I mean fucking awesome

Theres a big difference between Sabbath and Zeppelin. Jimmy Page blatantly ripped off most of his stuff from guitarists before him. Tony `Almighty` Iommi's originality influenced every single guitarists after him... Big difference.. Black Sabbath is one of the most important bands in history, literally.
