The customer service for Wal Mart isn't the bad, but every once in a while I'll want to buy a game and I ask someone to get it out of the casing and they say this isn't their department so they don't have a key...so why are they in that department? I once bought a new movie and it didn't have the disk in it. And every game from Gamestop I get always has white hairs in it...

What you need to do is look around the store for a manager, and inform them of these destroyed DVD's. Just inform the manager that you wanted to purchase the item, but it was destroyed. Simple. I'm sure they have another copy in stock in their backroom.
