  • if you cant afford 30 dollars ervery 18 month's or so, you might wanna consider quitting gaming and start working...

  • After 1 year mine isent even close to that.

  • You're lucky yours lasted for 18 months

Mine only did good after half a month~!

I got it replaced with a fresh stick but the same sh!t occurred after 2 weeks~!

  • Did you ever try opening it up and cleaning it?

  • heres an idea, dont use a joystick!!!!! :DDD

  • damn, just buy a new one after 18 months and stop whining that logitech sucks, because logitech is one of the better brands around moron!

  • dude 18 months is a long time for a 30 doller joystick

  • dude its just a matter of use, i use it well and here it is with me for 2 years, you use very bad.

  • Just clean out the inside some, that usually helps for me.

  • i got mine for $7.00 at a sale at target

  • Hey dumbass, ANY, I repeat ANY, joystick available that is used daily will result in "centering" issues. I'm on my 3rd one of these, and my 2nd Saitek X52. What do you expect? $30, 3 axis, including twist, Best Joystick out there for $30, and I personally don't think you can find one that is "better", for under $75.

  • WORD!!!!

  • Throwing insults around wont help ur points with me Blair, so can em.

I never said cheap sticks should last forever, I was just letting people know what they get themselves into when buying one of these.

Since this is the only cheap stick ive ever owned, i can only say that ive heard from a few experienced flight simmers that there are better alternatives for discount sticks in regards to durability.

If you love this stick, GL to you, but i dont like replacing my hardware every 12 months.

  • i have the joystick around 12 months and it works perfect i think more then 12 months.

  • Logitek is fine for ~12 months, then they tend to spike as you can see

Ive heard but not experienced that the saitek aviator is a better choice for the price range

  • I agree that the Extreme 3d Pro is fine for a certain time period before it starts to suffer from what I call "Logitech Disease". Though annoying, the Logitech sticks I've owned have lasted considerably longer than the only (and last) Saitek stick I've had. But, the first stick I bought was the old Microsoft Sidewinder (no force feedback) and that thing lasted three years before it gave up the ghost.

  • Right now I just wanted to buy this, so what do you suggest I buy at this price :p?
