Needs to hold the Video Recorder steady for a picture, then walk forward and stand still to take the next section. I have found that a mono-pod really helps.

i was searching & searching 4 videos to put on my myspace because i kayak/camp the hocking river on a very regular basis and i happened upon your video, that so reminds me of my wife and son, really spoke to me in a way i was not prepared to expect. the way yall looked at it in a light i have not forgotten about and has immensely affected the way i try to live my life. a way, i too gawked, long ago. blessed in the hills presence. thanx for reminding me
