It's because of the Mystile. I could go on and write (and explain) the entire hit% formula for physical attacks, but I'm not in the mood (I'll do it if you want to know exactly >_>). For now I'll just say that, as strange as it sounds, the Df% of the char is part of the equation, and the 50% from the Mystile is enough to get the hit% for Deathblow over 100%. Oh and prior to Hojo/final battles it misses quite often, so the battles require a lot of resets =P
