  • Awesome advice. Thank you so much for making me feel extremely proud for being how I am. It also helped me tolerate myself when I make inaccuracies in my cosplays. I hate it when people wear super revealing costumes for school Halloween events :(

  • @xPetalRainx

no, thank YOUUU so much! I'm sooo glad my video helped you out! It means so much hearing from you and I really hope can always feel proud to be you! =D and oh man...I know how you feel on Halloween costumes hahaha oh boy. *headdesk*

  • I really like your personality:-))) so happy I found your channel:-) I am still very new to cosplaying so your videos helps much...greetings from Croatia...:-))) but unfortunately we don't have any cosplay conventions ;-(

  • She's cute!

  • Hey I noticed that Music in the Background , could you post the Names of the Tracks used? :O

    Nice Vid btw ^^

  • @david1234512

Thanks! For the tracks, I list them at the end of the video. Just pause the vid so you can read them off there. =)

  • @ForeverRikku

ahhw my bad i just rewind the vid to try and recognize the Tracks XD. thx for your reply^^

  • lol I always say 'yes' XD

But no matter how polite people say 'no' it still makes us feel like morons and we're left standing there dumbfounded and embarressed. lol Nyeh~

  • @TsukiKazeKagura

You shouldn't be embarrassed or feel like a moron. You have a right to say no and you shouldn't have to feel bad for choosing to do so =) But even I feel a tad guilty, but better than having some drunk guy hanging all over me XP lol

  • @ForeverRikku Yeh, true. ^w^

  • I have to say that you did a great job on this! I haven't been cosplaying for a very long time but those are very much so things that I always keep in mind when I do. I know lots of girls that could take something from this video when it comes to be modesty and not being so full of themselves and such. I do indeed applaud you and your friends for doing such great cosplays and keeping such a calm head, not being all upety and such. Lets hope that soon enough everyone will be so!

  • @samtoenail

Thank you so much! It really means a lot to me that you've taken away something from this video and even more so that you feel others could too! Definitely get friends you feel could use some of these tips to watch it. This vid was made for you guys, after all! And definitely let's hope that more cosplayers will realize being down to earth and just having fun is the way to go XD

  • I should do the alternative for the male audience.

  • @GeronKizan

You should! I was thinking of making one, but I don't know if guys would like to hear tips for them from a girl lol. But my only word of advice would be to express that all cosplayers are people, not actual characters, and none of us should be treated (or treating each other) as sexual objects. Mention cat calling at hot cosplay girls or, as I've heard too many con scene guys say, wanting to fuck a girl as a character but that's it, unless it's mutual. Things like that. I have a lot

  • @ForeverRikku I should run the script down by you.

  • This is an awesome video, Ari! <3 My only issue is the audio ;-; I had a bit of a hard time hearing you.

  • @serephita

Yeah sorry about that! It actually sounds pretty ok on my compie if you turn up the volume a bit, but after putting the video together I did my usual steps of equalizing and normalizing the sound which usually works perfectly, but I should've checked the video afterwards to check the levels anyways XP sorry about that.

  • she is smiling the whole time...i like her smile, she enjoys her life and u can see that after 1 second ^^

  • @KubusSc7

Thanks! I do enjoy life very much and I really hope everyone else will too if they don't already! =)

  • Well, 1) Much Love for the Andrew Bird, I kept thinking my iTunes was playing during your video.

    2) Dear God. 4Chan. Thanks for bringing that up too!

  • @CourtoonXIII

Oh man, LOVVVE Andrew Bird! I'll probably use more of his music in the next video too XD And I'm SO GLAD someone agrees with me on 4chan *sigh* >< lol

  • omg i totally agree with you on everything! T_T I really want to cosplay as Yuffie from ff but im afraid cuz i think im chubby and my friends think i should be someone else. After i saw ur vid, im confident that i could cos as her :D and also i feel guilty cuz i photoshop the heck out of my face to the point that im like a porcelain doll Dx!! there should be more ppl like you cuz not many ppl seem to understand the true meaning of cosplay D; Thanks so much and srry that my comment is so long! • @ricecake000

Thank you so much! I'm really really happy you left this comment and even more ecstatic that you've taken so much from this video. This video was made for you guys after all and to see that it's actually making a difference like it was intended to makes me unbelievably touched! =) Thank you so much and I'm so glad you have the confidence to cosplay what you want! On the Pshop note, there's nothing wrong with shopping out a blemish or a pimple, but it's better to see the real you ^^

  • I really liked this video :) I'm new to cosplaying, I've only done it once, and this year i'm going to crossplay. Would you have any advice for crossplaying?

  • @Waveallover

Thank you so much! Definitely show it to any friends you have that cosplay too! I'm really glad you found it helpful! And welcome to the world of cosplay! =D I honestly have never crossplayed myself, but I really don't think it's any different from normal cosplay. So really, I guess the same tips can apply for the most part anyways XD haha. But if you have any specific questions, feel free to send me a message! I'd be glad to give you some advice =) and good luck on the costume! ^^

  • @ForeverRikku Alright :0 if i have any questions ill be sure to ask, if you don't mind. :D

  • @Waveallover

yeah definitely! =D Feel free anytime!
