  • I also only eat fish, but I wouldn't recommend too much quorn products as they are so highly processed! Escpecially the breaded ones...stick to the chicken style pieces or the mince! :) Also, fish in breadcrumbs is not a healthy option, you should get plain, fresh fish fillets from the fish mongers if possible! Or from the counter in your local supermarket :) Also, too much sugar in your diet.

  • if your diet isn't working properly its because you are eating wayyy to much processed foods, cut down on frozen shit

  • wish you would eat me ... all protein!

  • Try to eat 5 times a day in small portions. Drink 1-2 glasses of water before your meals (drink at least 6 glasses of water a day- stay hydrated) and drink something hot after meals like tea (coffee after the first meal is ok- I love coffee- if you love coffee, enjoy it!) You're doing awesome with not eating after 7pm but if you find yourself hungry, have a small handful of nuts (if not allergic) and drink lotsa water. Most importantly: enjoy what you eat! This video made me hungry! <3 <3

  • What camera did you use that had the best quality? :)

  • Who should try like a steak.. Or maybe some grilled chicken sometimes instead of packaged food :)

  • eat more protein, less carbs. and cook it yourself!!! steamed fish, not baked and chicken without panade. just because it says diet on the package doesn makes the food healthy. i lost 10kg in 1 month by cutting down carbs (if carbs eat good ones like brown rice,etc.), loads of green vegetables like salads,broccoli, asparagus, fresh beans,..., eating proteine like fish and white meat (chicken), no extra sugar, not too many fruits! 3-4 litres water!!!!!!!!!!! or unsugared tea a day.

  • @coloryoudead I eat fish which is called pescetarian if the only meat you eat is fish/seafood :)
