Definitely being lip synched, it is identical to the studio version. Not the first time Elton has lip synched, but only on television. He NEVER lip synchs in concert though.

Oh, and there is this Candle In The Wind clip from 1987 or so with Elton on the Roland - to the live version of the one that was played in Australia in 1986.
