Steel Panthers (SPWAW) Game - an Artillery Attack

Hey I played this a few years ago...I could instal it from online for free... But now I have windows7 and it says it only works up to windowsXP....so I instaled it and yeah it does not work....any way of fixing it? thx

@WhiteWolfeHU just right click on desktop icon and go to properties, open compatibility and check all the boxes and it should work. (for win7 where u select ur windows type just use win xp service pack 3). if you have color problems when u start the game,right click anywhere on your desktop and open screen resolution. leave it open when you start the game. that should do it for most old games

Love rocket barrages ;-) that was a lot of medium and heavy guns. Great game, got me interest in WW2 and sure helped hone problem solving, adapting to the unforeseen, and strategic thinking skills. Haven't played it in a long time, but might get it again. The Lost Victories mega campaign was a blast!

J.C That was one hell of an Artillery barage. Did you load that in or is that part of the scenerio? I love this game. Everything about it is OK.

This game is fucking awesome.

The graphics just do their work.

Im used to imagine in a "saving private ryan" style whats happening in the battlefield, every single event.

This game is also very realist and a great developer of tactics.

Also, theres LOTS of units and vehicles, realistic ones.

Definitely, all this quality makes the graphic handicap almost unimportant.

there is scenario of it.

Movie and Realism version. What I remember, it was good.

Have a look at SP:World War 2 and SP: Main Battle Tank. They are free downloads from SP Camo, work well on XP and bring back the old SP magic.

@torpedodropkick I just downloaded it, patched it to 8.40 and clicked on the shortcut and it ran fine  with my XP SP3 system.
