A person's 1-rep max is not what some gay ass calculator says. It is what the person actually lifts... 1 time. According to the calculator, my 1-rep max should have been 358lbs (based on lifting 275 nine times). However, my actual max was only 325. I am sure there are people for whom it works the opposite way. It just depends on how you work out.

Remember keep your feet flat on the ground. And try to have a spotter behind you at all times, you never know what can happen.
