  • @bcrawfordflushing Ehhh think you might be wrong. The green ones on the end are too big to be 10's, I think they are a shorter but fatter 25 and the brownish ones are taller skinny ones which are also 25's(different make).

  • haha, funny was watching all these 400+ bench videos and then I come to this! If you care, put some plates or boards underneath your feet so they can lay flat, it'll help stabilize your bench more.

  • A person's 1-rep max is not what some gay ass calculator says. It is what the person actually lifts... 1 time. According to the calculator, my 1-rep max should have been 358lbs (based on lifting 275 nine times). However, my actual max was only 325. I am sure there are people for whom it works the opposite way. It just depends on how you work out.
