I loved T-Helper as a kid growing up in the 1970s/80s, and I used to eat this stuff at least once a week when I was a bachelor. It may not be very" heart healthy", but it sure is delicious.
@Sunshyne276 I always add stuff to my 'Helper' food. I add veggies like peas and beans, if I am using hamburger I use a little red wine (white for chicken and other 'white' meats), add extra herbs and always use all milk instead of the water-milk combo. Also cheese at the end to make sure all the arteries in our bodies clog, but adding simple stuff makes it taste better no matter store or name brand!
@mst3kanita so true my friend we couldn't afford that shit. that was for the rich people, we were immigrants 40 years ago . Today this stuff is so cheap there practically giving it away.
My favorite Tuna Helper was Tuna Au Gratin...and they discontinued it. :(

We typically eat the store-brand counterparts of Hamburger, Tuna, and even Chicken Helper.

Store brand for the win!
cylaisawesome 2 years ago
@cylaisawesome Totally agree! I made store brand and name brand at the same time, and store brand was WAY better! I thought it was just me? lol
