There's 10 playable characters.

You can use 4 at a time. The creator of the video used Single Play which allows you to play with one character in the battle (you can also use selector mode to switch to other characters during battle). Also you get more CC for doing Single Play.

Well,I see no statement of that the video contains spoilers. How would I know it does contain spoilers? Oh,and this applies to most other videos which i've watched,and some messages i've seen. I wonder why ToD... In every other game or whatnot,I've found clearly written spoiler warnings,but not in most subjects regarding ToD. Guess it's my luck. But it doesn't really matter anymore,I finished the game,and it's still awesome.

The original ToD sold horrible, but thats obvious.. back then its particular genre of battle system was very new. So obviously it didn't sell well.

The directors cut version IS coming to America, its release date is currently TBA though, it was only just released in Japan. (Keep in mind i said DIRECTORS CUT version, the non is already out in japan, and only the DC version will touch the US).

It's never coming out of japan, EVER.

That's simply because, even if we like it and know some people that would too, it still is an small group of people compared on how many more people like shooting and action games, and also how turn based RPGs are most well known and familiar. You may think that we would ALL love this, but you may be wrong

Yeah true, but then again, not enough Tales have had a chance to be dubbed in English. I know there were cases of epic fail (Eternia, Phantasia on GBA) but they're have been more acceptable performances (Legendia, Abyss, some characters in Radiant Myth).

If Liam O'Brien got the lead role for Stahn like when he voiced him in Radiant Myth, then this remake would be a great purchase.

IMO I prefer the voices of both ends. What I mean is, I prefer the Japanese Zelos voice, but I also prefer the English Sheena voice. The only iffy voices for me are Phantasia GBA (duh :P) and Eternia (debateable, I did prefer the japanese voices in that one)

I mean, hear lion in US, whoever accepted that person as a voice actor should be purged, Lion surely doesnt sound like that, and I dont want to hear what a Chelsea dub will sound (like anise... argh hell no)

I never sayed that either, I meant that most JP voices are better, and that is cause most Tales JP actors come from Animes, so they experience is better and they are known, they make you feel emotions, like Mint makes you feel calm, and Luke sounds like a brat when he complains, or Anise sounds like a little girl :3 cute little girl

Yeah, that makes sense. The other reason, is because its simply the original language and things get lost in translation. I'm sure the Japanese dubs of American shows aren't always too hot either (I need to watch an Asian dub of an american show one of these days).

now that I think about it, Veigues voice is the same guy that did Link in OoT, and Tyrtrees is the same guy that did Inuyasha. America seems to like actors to do voices in animated movies, so the experience isnt always there.

This is one hell of a combo/storyline video, and it fits the theme so well, it's almost like a anime.

Question though; what are the requirements for Stahn to do his son's Hi-Ougi that we say at the end of the video? That really interests me.

You can only do it on the final boss. You have to use a BC when he's near death. It's a battle-end skill, just like Reid's Infinity Revival, although you can kill Miktran with no BC
