  • this is the definition of real music, I can hear art all over this track and all the others..is it just me? idk it just takes me places where i'm just chilling and enjoying the sounds...no matter what's around me...keeps me relax..

  • i am not a fan of "Justin bieber" music will never be the same with he's tunes always on the radio. but That's what music is all about. the world will have musicians like the Beetles and Bob Marly. and then we'll have musicians like Lady Ga Ga, and Lil Wayne.

the truth is, all music should be treated equally, no matter who we are or where we come from.

what we "really" need to do, is put a "Stop" to people who cause hate, and judgement in this world.

    now that's music.

  • grown man hip hop music. Low Chromosomes need not apply

  • These bitches sound like the Jackson five

  • @Kevin2814535 I think Chet732003 was talking to you.

  • Indescribable the feeling of coming across real hip hop nowadays.

  • 8 people that don't know hip hop watched this video

  • is this the guy same who did all the vocals on the Pyramids In Moscow album?

  • @Yungnuty Yup. A bunch of personell are in both groups (RPM and Panacea). K-murdock did production for RPM, and Pete Fritz did guitar on Pyramids if I remember correctly, and frequently collabs with Panacea.

  • @Yungnuty Yup. That's Raw Poetic, shun.

  • Lovely.

  • panacea makes music that connects with the soul!

  • @wbz115 that is so true!

  • GOOD SHIT

  • Drake who? Kanye who? Wayne who? this is peace love and HIP HOP. Long live urban poetry.

  • this is just one of those tracks, u put on, close yours and just go 'mmhmmm' ...

"i give thanks to my pops for staying around"

  • i am just getting into hip hop.. like real hip hop.. i used to listen to death metal for years.. but i cant say how complete i feel with tracks like this.. this genre is the most amazing stuff i have ever heard.. seriously completes me.. thank you

  • now you know there is nothing more powerful than the dark side :D

  • @schmidt2616 i'm in that same boat. i've been a punk/metal head for years. i was pretty anti-rap. but then i got turned onto real hip hop...rhymesayers...started with atmosphere and sage francis and now i just can't stop hunting for more...i don't care about shorty in the club, i care about that common man speaking his truth...poetry with a beat...

  • @schmidt2616

    right on man!

there's soooo much good stuff out there!

ironically, Hip Hop is my 1st love. i'm a b-boy, DJ, used to emcee, and

most of the events i've been promoting for over a year now are metal shows.

  • @schmidt2616

i love death metal too, i have my music phases where i listen to a certain band or genre or something for a long time.i got to thank pandora for showing me some true hip hop

  • @schmidt2616 check out immortal technique

  • @schmidt2616 I grew up on hip hop and metal both...they each provide different atmospheres/feelings....these days I like a variety from Zappa to Arch Enemy, Cab Calloway to Ween....check out The Phonies on my page if ya got a minute, rap, acoustic rock and prank phone calls.....peace

  • @schmidt2616

The dude that does some of the DJ work for Panacea also does stuff for Y Society.

  • @schmidt2616 same here, still do. Music is music, doesn't matter what genre. I listen to Slipknot, Nine Inch Nails, Panacea, Bloc Party, Blue Scholars, Brian Eno, A Perfect Circle, Common Market, TV on the Radio, The XX, Doomtree, Four Tet, Heiruspecs, Toe, Massive Attack, RJD2 etc. etc.

  • @schmidt2616 Yeah. Radio Hip Pop has kept people like me and you away from this gold mine. Now I know I'm not complete until I've heard to all the good hip hop in this world. Let's keep at it one track at a time.

  • @schmidt2616 love hearing this. i typically never bash any genre of music whether its lil wayne, lady gaga, or anything. but some dude who asked me what i listen too, and i said hip hop. he responds with rap is the shittiest music on this planet. (this was a fb convo) i was so pissed i fuckin posted my adress on fb and told him to come say it to my face... he never did (: haha i love narrow minded ppl dont talk crap about the deepest form of music there is. like this music has saved my life

  • @schmidt2616 reading comments like this always puts a smile on my face, hip hop can be absolutely amazing if more people would open their minds and give it a chance.

  • @schmidt2616 You sound like me a couple of years ago.

  • @ Simus 1974 Wow.I love yall man,This is why i never listen to the radio either

  • This is reaaly hot ! i'm diggin this joint !

  • this is why i will never listen to the fucking radio! hell they even stepped outside them norm when it comes to hiphop. i caught this video one night on VH1 soul & fell in love with this joint, very beautiful & the beat is just straight fire!!

  • this track is redick! BIg ups

  • IF anybody is noticing the real hip hop that is still considered good is starting to sound like hip hop did back in its Renaissance from like '88-95 maybe like til '97

  • This is a completely dope track

  • is this koss 3aaa on him? I wouldn't mind if that was Sennheiser HD650? he

  • the outro is beautiful

  • whats up with the weird noises in the beat?

  • its something new, u schmuck.

sounds better then anything on the radio

  • did i say the song sucked?

  • Thats the classic trademark of Producer K-Murdock, Real trippy shit yo, Sent me to places outta this world many times,,, Please don't try and start up shit now kids!!!

  • just absolutely sick

  • Thanks to VH1 i heard this jewel. This cat reminds me of Common in his early days Im really feelin this song. Whoever you are dude keep making music like this. Im going to FYE to cop this soon. JUST A FAN OF GOOD MUSIC AND SOUNDS. REMINDS ME OF SOMETHING DILLA WOULD MAKE.

  • im tellin u all, they are coming!

Raw P is working on em.

    K-Murdock

    PANACEA

  • I kinda like the whole echo effect in the beat

  • i think this song would be dope without that echoing sound in the background, that sound kills it for me

  • yup man i feel what you're sayin, that echo is killer, like it's killin the drop of each rhyme for me. and it sucks because this song is so fuckin dope! still the echo doesn't kill how great this is

  • GLOW IN THE DARK BAAAABY!

  • Gotta love Panacea's shit

Underground cats like him keep this Hip Hop Music alive

  • There are 2 of the Raw Poetic : MC, and K- Murdock : Producer

  • Yeah sorry for that

    thanks for correction

  • Comment removed

  • Panacea is not one Mc its a duo of Mc Raw poetic and k murdock the producer

  • я непонимаю...что в мире две панацеии? одна пишет спид кор, а вторая соулфуд?

  • Anyone know where i can get the lyrics to this??

  • Comment removed

  • lol :P everyone says google but the only reason someone asking is cuz they cant be bothered ta find it on google an would rather someone just give em the lyrics!

  • Questioned asked 2 weeks ago. He got an answer 6 days ago.. Googling is faster.

  • Damn....wish MCs raps stuft like this like they used too.

i can relate to this track 100 PERCENT..

i GIVE THANKS TO MY POPS FOR STAYIN AROUND!

  • most americans r arogant and stupid. Not all but a lot.

  • thats why you said most

  • haha indeed. youtube makes people apologize for there words before anyone even takes offense.

  • That shows me how ignorant and stupid you are.

  • ha, slcdallas fan says im ignorant huh? Why don't u do some traveling and ask others what they think about americans and i am sure they will tell you that they tend 2 be some of the most arogant and obnoxious. Even murs says it.

  • I've been to Europe, Central, and South America. Again you're being ignorant by assuming I haven't traveled.

I've met many people and they all say roughly the same thing, "America has their ignorant dumbasses but so does my country."

  • so u've been the stupid one the whole time, cuz u didn't read my comment thoroughly. I said MOST.

  • You all need to chill out, and just listen to the music. You aren't helping Hip Hop out with this nonsense. ;)

  • good memories to that awesome song!!!!

    *5tars*

  • If everybody likes this music, what would WE listen to?

  • haha well put man, well put.

  • A, B, C, Dope

  • americans are too stupid to appreciate this in the masses

  • ALL americans?

    well

    1. im american and i dont listen to mainstream rap

    2. panacea's from Washingtion, DC

  • not only americans , but youre right the mass is influenced in a negative way by mainstream so values and ehtics get lost.

  • @kemckelv chill, enough do

  • @kemckelv

I wouldn't say that that's necessarily true, panacea is quite popular (from what i know) in the U.S. I'm assuming you're referring to the popularity of "pop" music, and in that case I would agree with you. Pop music is very popular but this type of music, while not being main-stream, is still quite popular among Americans. That's probably why he's been able to make multiple records. Or maybe i'm wrong. Regardless, this is a wonderfully orchestrated track.

  • @kemckelv ayy man im american... n i appreciate this

  • @kemckelv yeah cuz i bet 100% of music on the radio... Not im american i love real hip hop dont be so quick to stereo type

  • people gotta support these guys, buy thier album!!!

  • dope!!!

  • I think it's really sad that artists like Panacea, Immortal Technique, CYNE, etc. don't get play on radio airwaves.

The media needs to get their priorities straight.

  • man i must say, ive seena drastic improvemnet with whats on the radio, like d-sisive, shad k, dl incognito, classifed, but that may be because i live in canda, its gotten alot better tho in this past year 2 years

  • ok yes but in the US they wont play any of this only club type music

  • Great tune!!!! <3 =)

  • Im just glad people keep finding this shit, the beatmaster rocks.

  • the media wants ignorance. look at the world 20 years ago. see the problems we see today and compare... :[

  • thats what we wannna have!!

  • Who made this beat? Its amazing

  • control the road that i walk on!!!

  • they don't play real hip hop on the radio, this is sweet!

  • I've heard so many people say that....A new national radio station playing GOOD hip hop - like this - is a really good idea.

  • Actually listenable hip hop...

    I'm awestruck

  • It's all over the place man...I have hundreds of "listenable" hip hop songs, and thousands of others have much, much more.

It's everywhere man, just gotta know where to look.

  • *sigh* well atleast you like it...

  • dont neg people if theyre complementing the music... it ruins the standing on here :[

  • Well put.

As long as the underground has committed fans who ACTUALLY BUY SOME ALBUMS from their artists, good music wont die...just wont be heard by the masses (who are missing out)

  • Rap is all about marketing, business.

    Hip Hop is a culture.

Hip Hop isn't or will die, It simply went Underground.

It's sad how there's so many talented Hip Hop artists, but yet all you hear in the radio is garbage.

It's like my man Prophet said "If you rap about shiny rims and chicks, you pretty much guaranteed that your records a hit. See We could rap about poppin guns and pimpin the hoes, but in reality thats really not the life that we know...."

  • i love this joint....im sorry im so late to give it its props on the tube....

  • wow, first time i hear this.. It's been a long time since I found some REAL hip-hop

hip-hop ain't dead, it's just been in coma

  • this sounds so weird on extc but dont get me wrong Im always jamming to panacea sober or not

  • loveee it !

  • some soulful shit cant help but tap that foot

  • Great fuckin track. Gotta love it

  • I am in love with this song. <3
