After last night's experience at Best Buy in Framingham, MA I will never shop there again. They refused to take back $35 worth of stuff because it had been over a month. I have spent thousands there and have been a loyal customer. Never again. Good corporate policy and great management skills. Good job Worst Buy.

If you think the amount of money you spend in the store grants you special treatment.......you need to wake up. Best Buy is one of the last large electronic retail stores and tons of people spend thousands of dollars in that store.
