I say "gay-den," though the actual word in Japanese is pronounced "guy-den." The thing is, though, that's not the Japanese title of the game. Someone just stuck a Japanese word in there cause it sounded cooler than translating the actual name. "Ninja Gaiden" would actually mean "Ninja Side-story," which doesn't make any sense. I don't remember the actual title off hand, but it translated as "Legend of the Dragon Sword" or something.
