sorry for a 2nd post butt a safe way to clock bios some wht stock your pc with fans this will beef it with out miss up and just buy a strong Graphics card and may up grade the cpu some times being cheep could be bad lmfao

you are brave i know how to build pc and putt a os in it when it comes to bios the only thing i would comes to miss with is the boot order lol for me i let a pro do it case you can do the wrong thing and it would never boot up no more like one time i lock the sound bios it would not boot up no more lol

apparently over clocking is dangerous to do all the time unless you use it for like a short period of time then shut it off right after to prevent damage to your computer

I tried overclocking with Powerstrip, but the slider is disabled. Both of them. And the Value is set to 200.00 Mhz. My graphics card is Intel HD Graphics.

(Inspiron 15r -1st gen) I try to enable the sliders, but it doesnt do anything.

WHat can I do to overclock?

i clocked my 2d to 192 mhz and my 3d to 450 mhz and my temperature went to 95c

guys dont just wack em up to the top like he is doing, run stress tests in prime95 for the cpu and for the gpu do things like playing games or run 3d marks and increase small amounts at a time . . . also watch the temps!

Hey man, first i was exited to find this video but after trying it out im not that glad cause i tried the programs but the overclocking were only making my screen crash. i overclocked it to 2.5ghz but when i started cod4 everything just turned black. when i tried itune everything crashed when the program was opened... if you got any clue why this happens plzz comment back

@WFTNelliel you PC is unstable a CPu can only overclock and be stable to a certain extent. Certian batches of that CPU will be more stable at a certain voltage and clock speed then others.

How come my performance 3D can go up to 2.5k MHz, but my standard can only go to 180, when ur performance 3D only can go to 892 MHz but ur standard goes all the way up to 210?

nice tutorial i have now overclocked my E7400 CPU from 2.8Ghz to 3.15Ghz with no problem everything is working only its faster...

only problem is than everytime you restart the computer it will reset to 2.8Ghz again :S should it be like this or did i do something wrong?

yes to close powerstrip just rightclick in the icon tray and click exit. This will completely stop the overclock.
