Also no swimming in the lake and ive gone a few times and i check the weather and it is usually 10-15 degrees hotter than the say it will be. It said it will be 70 july and it was 83! thats hot to be outside for so long and nights dont cool down that much just warning. There were skunks raiding our campsite in the night too. But they do allow pets on leashes.
This place is nice for a day trip or an actual campground, but if you're a big camper i would not recommend it only because its an actual camp-ground/camp-site not like in the woods and alone. There are bathrooms, b-b-qs, and paved areas, and trails, and picnic tables and things like that and i do not consider that actual camping. Also there are always alot of people and the campsites are very close together. Its also expensive $18 for a single area per night, $36 for a double per night.
