There's a better version of this at the Samba.com ... homemade ... without all the hippy nonesence ... I still may buy this, my sons are very heavy into LEGOs, but I prefer the homemade build myself ... just an opinion, not trying to dander anyone's feathers ...

As someone who grew up with legos I'm simply amazed at the accuracy and detail of this model, and that most of the pieces are ordinary lego pieces, only the wheels and VW Badge look specially made for this model.

@BrickYorkMan i made a pretty decent version of the VW van, i posted it with an LDD file in the Lego Universe gallery, its got a pretty simple name :P its called vw van, that ldd file is a bit outdated though, i remade it recently and im going to repost it, so check it in a week or so....
