I am a goalkeeper and I think it doesn't matter som much if it's a match but if it's a training I get pissed. A guy in my team shot from standstill from 6 metres as hard as he could and knocked me out. I was not happy

the only problem is whet you get the ball on the nose...I'm a goalkeeper and I'm not afraid to save a shot with my head...but when you save it with the nose....it hurts!!!

I played for a team called Rock Hand Ball which no longer exists but we went to Lund Sweden for the Lund-Spellen Tournament and also to Teramo Italy and here in the US we played universyties like the Army and North Carolina. and we were only 15-16 that was 2 yrs ago

@lootic that's not right. I'm a goalkeeper in handball and i sometimes get an ball in the head and it's realy so that you can't can stand up after you save with the head. Or I want to see that you go into the goal and someone shot you in the head if you don't go down it's okay.

@F3tt3rhopp3r you will learn with time, its all about determination and getting used to it. Its really important to not give in to the pain as it can give you an edge over the other team. Handball is as you know all about mental dominance. Make the opponent feel its hopeless and the match is won.
