  • It does contain phenoxy-based herbicides. 2,4-D is probably the one of the active ingredients in addition to other phenoxy-based herbicides. They are only a carcinogen risk if you are continuously exposed to them in concentrated forms for long periods of time (i.e. 30% 2,4-D). These formulations are more like 2-5% at the most. Agent Orange also contained 2,4,5-T(2,4,5-Trichlorophenoxy­acetic acid) which is now restricted. Get your facts straight before you start making false statements.

  • So, let us know if this is a phenoxy based herbicide. If so then it probably has a component of AGENT ORANGE in it called 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid or some derivative. This causes cancer and deaths in pets and farmers.
