This is why the PS3 is better than the 3shitty. You can charge controllers instead of buying new batteries. This shows that the PS3 is superior to the 360 in every way, and that includes online features.

Don't buy it! After six months or so you have to fight with the charger to hook into the controller to get a charge. It's kind of a POS.

Works great, also found out when light turns green it's OK to leave controllers plugged in, stops charging and uses no power, keeps controllers at full charge. No cables necessary, just plug in unit to AC and plug in controllers.

Funny how at the end of the review he calls it the "Play and Power" charging system. Anyway, this just received good reviews in Playstation Magazine in the current issue. I'm going to pick one up as the whole PS3 needs to be on to charge the controllers with those short cables is driving me crazy. Cheers.

Do the Green (Finished charging) LED Lights turn off if left on the charger after completing it's charge? Or does it stay green all day until you unplug it, use it, and plug it back in for another charge?

I would prefer a charger that will shut off automatically when done, so I can safely leave it on the charger all day.

First of all the 360 isn't a manufacturer so *it* didn't do anything first. Assuming you're referring to Microsoft you'd also incorrect. The 360 charger that you are presumably talking about was designed by "Performance Design Products" which is the same company who designed THIS ONE for the PS3. Same company; no one copied anyone. Do some research before you make misinformed statements.
