A normal film-type movie camera runs at 24 frames per second... and 24 goes into 2000 FPS 83.33 times. A normal video camera runs at 30 FPS... and 30 goes into 2000 66.66 times. Since I don't know if the camera used was video or film, I'll answer your question with an estimate... somewhere between 60 and 90 times faster.
I really like the way the slow motion camera allows us to see the water retaining it's shape. So beautiful.
