Since the deregulation of the eighties the banks have become loan sharks. Predatory lending has made Wall street billions selling and reselling packaged loans. Now the people who got the loans have lost their homes, the cities are left with the blight of destroyed neighborhoods and the banks are getting billions and billions more from the government. case you have to understand how money and economics works. We are a debt based society meaning gold dosen't back our currency debt does. The banks are allowed to loan out up to 35 percent or so to you of money they don't have as soon as you borrow it is magical added to the rolls of the economy. Everything starts with the fed reserve an international banking org not anything federal. He who controls the money controls the nation and as far as the 26% rule hard to do with today's inflation.
