Where did you get the buttons, joysticks and how do you wire the controls? Trying to do this for my Wii VC games and possibly play games on other systems.
wow. I'm trying to think of ways i'm going to get my ol'lady to let me build one of these in the living room. =/ would have to be able to say it ran fb or some shit.
Its simple, the pins in side the connector (called a ten pin by some) touch the pins on the game cart by locking the game down the pins are supposed to press tighter to insure the connection, his ten pin is simply worn out allowing the pins to connect either way.
I have to admit, that is looking very awesome. Have you done anything new to it since this video. I'd love to do something like that. I was in the process of making a cocktail style cab but ran in to issues with getting wood and how to get it all in. It ran a old laptop with Arcadeos in MS-DOS but because it was a LCD monitor, it wasn't the best looking picture so I left it go. I am thinking of possibly giving it another try some point though. Possibly a bit bigger.
Thats a cool idea, I must admit I'm torn between making a nintendo arcade system or a Jamma. I was thinking maybe making a single player jamma and single player Nintendo. However all and all I think 2 players even for the extra bucks makes the most sense. Thanks you gave me a few different ideas on design.
hey craiggers, im building an arcade cabinet myself, i was thinking about making it two feet wide by two feet wide, and six feet tall, what are the demensions on urs?

SoftyOfTheHado 1 year ago
@SoftyOfTheHado yes, i am willing to sell. i have sent you a message with all of the information dealing with the NES and its accessories.

@spyrothehuman i must make an adjustment in this statement. as of now i have 2 nes consoles. 4 controlers and no light gun
first buyer gets a game genie (well... the plastic handle on the game genie is broken but if someone can fix it then it will work just fine.)
