Fake the head is somebody standing in a hole with some make up etc. The body is most likely some sort of stuffed animal etc. If you watch closely when it moves its head it looks at itself. Not to mention if you look under the chin you can see the human neck very faintly. The movements the head makes are human and its head ( if it was real) would be far too large for its body making it awkward and hard to balance. Its supposed to be a predator that wouldnt happen with this body
