Great players are not great because of the way the game was played when they played, they are great because they outplay their competition at the time and find new ways to play the game. Basically what I'm saying is that if a player of Bobby Orr's quality were born now, he would revolutionize the Dman position... again.
After this year he is gonna be better than Orr and Bourque I think :P The only guys left standing is Gretzky, Lemieux and Gordie Howe and those guys arent even defensemans
