  • Incredible. British Steel and Killing Machine led metal to where it is today. Well todays metal doesn't count... But you know

  • @MetalSchlicht

The album title is just a pun. British Steel was one of the largest state owned British companies at the time.

  • I was at this show. Actually at all of their Montreal shows back in the 80's. Guess I can figure out now why I have a steam whistle permanently blowing in my ears. But it was worth it, incredible band. Thanks Boys.

  • Can not stop laughing at the lyrics.

  • Great Track & Album, I wish Scott Travis was the drummer on British Steel.

  • Great Track & Album, I wish Scott Travis was the drummer on British Steel.

  • Thanks!

  • epic song

  • GRINDER !!!!!!!!!

  • this song breaks bones. heavy as fuck.

  • Cool.

  • ROB HALFORD THE METAL GOD 4EVER!

  • Bad ass song. British Steel was a killer album and this was a great song. Saw this Tour in 1984 and it did kick ass. Fans of metal should investigate the metal stylings of VSD from Maryland. VSD-Kill Your kids, mental breakdown, Girl Troubles, and 2 other fine metal tunes.

  • grinder looking for homofobics!

  • my fav song off that album

  • look at those fucking marshallsssssssss

    LONG LIVE THE METAL GODS

  • hey this recording is on the British Steel remastered version

  • No dude all the live stuff at the end of the remastered stuff comes from a concert in Long Beach at the very first Rob says Long Beach California.

  • well he says the same stuff

  • JUDAS PRIEST FUCKING RULES! Finally got to see my metal heroes Aug. 6th in Camden, NJ. They put the best show on out of all 4 bands by far and by large. Rob Halford can still kick your ass!

  • I saw them on 8/21 and believe me it was so fucking awesome.

  • The best

  • judas is the fucking best band of all the fucking music an of all the fucking metal....judas your are the metal gods..you now it....metal forever

  • i got my license,.... it came at birth,......

  • MY FAVOURITE SONG IN BRITISH STEEL

  • MY FAVOURITE SONG IN BRITISH STEEL

  • In 79 we drove to Madison to see Ted Nugent, but who da fuck was Judas Priest? And who is the bunch of kids called def leopard? They were the opening bands for Ted. They were all excellent and we started our band my senior year! God, they all ranked close to AC/DC!

  • yEAH i was at that concert only it was in winnipeg 1984, right at the peak of metal.

  • I was at the 82 jp Screaming for vengeance in Winnipeg at the old arena... fucken just awesome, I know exactly what you mean...

  • Thats when the thunder and the wind shout back!

    Fucking Awesome Song

    Fucking Awesome Band

    Fucking Awesome Performance

    Priest Rules!

  • @BritishSteal

    Don´t forgive:

    Fucking Awesome Album

    Fucking Awseome Line Up

  • ya Rob Halford is gay

but not liking Judas Priest(or any band for that matter) because the singer is gay would be like not liking BB King because he's black. Same ideology.

  • dude they fuckin rock just wanted 2 know if he really is gay

  • Yes, Rob is gay and who cares? I sure as hell don't!

  • I know people on alot of videos people say Rob is gay but i always say is he might be gay but he writes some of the most badass lyrics there are.

  • dudes dont get me wrong cos im a big fan just introduced into pries

    but isnt rob gay ?

  • He is.

  • thought so

    they still kack ass

  • @grittledDool he's gay but who gives a FUCKING SHIT?

  • Rob sounds Perfect in this video, it almost sounds like the origanal album version.

  • there is a bonus track on the british steel remaster of grinder live-not this performance tho

  • In all the times I've seen them play over the years, I don't remember seeing them play this song.....what a great bootleg.......the sound is awesome

  • Thanks for posting this, evilagression. Do you have a live vid for Rapid Fire by chance?

  • nice!!! I love Grinder^^

  • bardzo ladne

  • best song on British Steel by far.heavy as shit.

  • Strange how British Steel is terribly overrated, yet all the songs on it except Breaking The Law and Living After Midnight get almost no attention. This and Rapid Fire were two of the only real Priest moments on there, but they're criminally underrated. Amazing classic song; I like how he uses the same intro that he does on the live cut on the remaster.

  • I agree with that 100%. Grinder and Rapid Fire were definitely the best songs on British Steel.

  • Thankyou, I was thinking the SAME thing.

  • @evilaggression I don't! Steeler and Metal gods.

  • @evilaggression agreed.

  • They reached a point on this album,a bit further than Hell Bent had taken them..I think they may have called this album 'Steel' because they had really polished their metal sound. The whole album through heavy..Not that Hell Bent isn't one sweet album.........

  • @evilaggression How could you guys forget The Rage?

  • @Durandal1717

Add my vote as well. Rapid Fire and Grinder are definitely the hottest, pure metal cuts from that album.

  • @Tessmage No! Steeler my friend.

  • @Durandal1717 agreed agreed

  • @Durandal1717

Throw in "Steeler" and I'll agree with that.

  • lol, my father was there

  • Me too!

  • ....one of my favorites. Great Metal riff.

  • one of the most underrated songs of judas priest, thanks for the video.

  • best song ever, thanks!
