Dude I'm a horticulturalist by trade and let me tell you there are far better pruning saws. If you like using a saw rather then a axe, look at the Corona's or Felco's. I bring a Corona with me on my hikes and it takes a fraction of energy compared to an axe.
what make is your pot and where did you get it i want something with a frying pan lid and something a bit bigger then i have right now, i tried looking on your website but it wont work, thanks
Nice video. I especially liked the pot cozies you made. I've been tripping and following gear forums for years but somehow never came across this little gem of an idea. I made some cozies for my cook kit after seeing yours, along with some for keeping our nalgene water bottles from freezing when we go winter trekking. Thanks for making that video.
your vids are awesome i love all of your recipes out in the back country some times when i go hiking/canoeing i have a note pad filled with all of your awesome recipes
I modelled my gear after this video. Perfect with only personal choice and size modifications. I want the pot set but it is no longer available. I want the bowl and cup but it is hard to find. Thanks again for showing us your gear.
I got the flares from "Le Baron" here in Canada. Not sure if they're just a Canadian company though. I believe you can also get them at MEC (Mountain Equipment Co-op".
