They bring up a good point. We always associate terrorism with commercial airliners; however, maybe an issue the NTSB and the FAA will look at in the future is the use of private aircraft as a terrorist weapon.
Under definition, the officials say that this isn't terrorism, but even if that is the case, it doesn't justify what he did. I understand that people don't like the IRS; I don't either, but no one should kill. It isn't right to take the life.

@lordjimoca I don't believe it's terrorism because it wasn't directed at citizens of any country and it wasn't intended to overthrow anybody. He was simply making a point by choosing a permanent solution for a temporary problem. It was personal and didn't involve anyone else. If a guy gets pissed off about his repair bill and runs his truck into the local auto repair shop that would be terrorism too. By that interpretation it would be. No...I think what we got here is: "sensationalism"

Although his reasoning can be understood, if the right thing is in question, think of the people waiting for their tax returns, etc., that will be affected by what he did. I am a very pregnant full-time working mother of two falling farther into debt and I desperately need the money I am waiting for, and I might not get it in time. And I'm sure that I am not the only person in this position. I just think that it was a little selfish and pointless to the fact that nothing is going to change.

Fire taxes are collected locally within a municipality (that's a big word for "city) or the county, and the roads (depending upon which one) are collected by the county or the state (or with a small exemption- the feds).
So... Joe having a problem w/ the federal income taxes- it doesn't much affect the local (municipal), county or state....
Pull your head out man, and get a chance to learn what is going on.

They won't release it, because the plane didn't even enter the building... it slid into it and knock a bunch of windows out. the plane was on fire and started the building on fire when pieces of burning crap entered the building... a lot of that damage you see in the picture is a result of the fire dept using water to break out windows to get at the fire.
