  • You can buy the pure Vitamin E oil from Whole Foods. It's not white; It's a honey color.

  • would you ever consider going natural?

  • I have question for u! So u don't take it in mouth? Also same people use for face too can u answer my question

  • I get my Vitamin E oil at Dollar General, it is mostly Vitamin E as well as a mix of Cocunut oil and Soybean Oil, I put it through the end's of my hair and lightly on the top, especially when I am highlighting ! It work's great and yes, messaiging it in your root's will help it to grow, it stimulate's the scalp ! : )

  • bad advice because your scalp cant absorb vitamin E.

  • You can also buy vitamin E oil in a bottle (as opposed to in a pill). I actually bought some today at Dollar General. It was $2 for 4 fl. oz. Not a bad deal at all :)

  • Thankyou for the information!! I wonder does it help grow my hair faster too? :)

  • Thank you for the video.

I was reading online about Vitamin E being good for hair. I'd read about putting E on your scalp but I wasn't too sure how to do it. I was thinking of doing what you did--cut a small hole in the pills. Had gotten into a discussion with somebody else that suggested letting the vitamins dissolve. I wasn't too certain about that method.

I have a spot of hair that's a bit thin and it's worrying me. Hopefully it'll work. Thank you again. Awesome video btw! :)

  • which mouse do you use, that dont have alcohol?

  • i have vitamin e oil now and I am going to try it on my hair

  • thanx it's good for hair and skin

  • is it good for hair loss :(((((

  • @nonick4me2

I am going to be honest, I use it as a scalp moisturizer. It's keeps my scalp from being dry. I don't know if it will help grow your hair.

  • @DiscountTrendsetter yes it does help you lose hair after a few years

  • @nonick4me2 Look up "essential oils for hair loss". You'll be glad you did! If you have a health food store nearby, pick up a few of these potent oils to help reverse your hair loss.

  • @GetTheLook2010 tnks for answering :)...

so i should apply it on my hair ? how should i use it ? how many times a week ?

    thank you

  • @nonick4me2 Most essential oils are so potent, they cannot be applied directly to the hair and scalp. You will need to mix them with a carrier oil such as olive oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, avacodo oil, safflower or sunflower oils. This is only a partial list. There are a lot of sites on the web that can help you find the perfect mix. BTW, the use of essential oils for hair growth is scientifically proven. It really works. I'm living proof!

  • @nonick4me2 Idk if this is a little late but you should try Castor oil :). I got some today along with some vitamin E oil. My cousin recommended it to me and i read/watched a lot of good reviews

  • @nonick4me2 yes!

  • how many capsules should i use per application?tnx... :)

  • @zinc59th

It all depends on the fullness of your hair. I generally use about 4 tablets on my scalp.

  • The contents of Vitamin E capsules are also good to use as conditioning face masks

slightly off topic: you look beautiful and radiant in this vid!

  • yes that is what she is saying to use the vitamin E you have sitting around as a hair oil and save money instead of buying it again at store.

  • why not just go buy a bottle of vitamin e oil at walgreens or cvs?? all the pill breaking is unnecessary and probably more expensive..

  • Does vitamin e help regrow burnt hair??...or do you have any reccomendations?

  • but if you leave the oil in your hair without washing them again, won't the look dirty again?

  • When I use Vitamin E as a hair oil, it just like using any other scalp oil. It generally keeps my scalp moisturize for several days then I will have to reapply it. I work out often so I wash my hair at least once a week. By the time my hair is getting dry, it's time for me to wash it again.

  • I think I need to start getting more vitamins I mean, I get eat vitamins on whatever food I'm eating but I guess I should buy those Flinstones kinds vitamins and eat them lol , but yeah I need to start again,

  • @emscott32 lmao flintstone vitamins those things rule!

  • @fluffyoreos they sure do but they kinda taste nasty

  • I have also used a pin to penetrate the capsule. The smaller hole makes it easier to control the amount and where it goes.

  • Thank you so much for sharing this information.

  • i heard that vitamin e will make your hair grow faster too. is that true? some one please answer me

  • @LMGScrew yes, it actually grows the hair. i noticed my cousin hair was getting thicker and longer so i asked her mom (my cousin) what was she doing to her hair and her mom said she's taking vitamin e for a cyst in her breast but in the meantime it was growing her hair

  • some people are asking "why not just buy the vitamin e oil", but i think her point is that if you happen to have vitamin e capsules laying around you can put it to good use, and just use that instead of going out and purchasing the oil if you already have a similar or even better form of the product in your cabinets already.

  • It would be a lot easier to use vitamin E oil.

  • I bought a container of Vitamin E oil at family dollar for $2.00. I love it :)

  • @beckylikesmusic Ha, I bought the same thing. It's like a small bottle, right? I can't wait to use it!

  • this was a good idea

  • As a haidresser i will advice NOT to add any extra products like mousse, gel or hairspray etc after adding vitamin E; let the scalp/hair absorb it and put it to good use instead of messing it up with products.

its so much better for the skin/hair.

if u have fine hair it mite get quite oily aswell in the scalp so its porobaly not the best thing to do before u go out.

    i

  • part2:

f it really sticks, and u wash ur hair, add the shampo BEFORE u have any water in (oil and water dont mix) then u wash it like normal without water then u rinse and wash again and do ur regurlar rutine

  • Thank you so much for sharing this amazing information. I truly appreciate it.

  • or u cn just buy vitamin e oil fo like 4 dollars.....

  • my sister is a dr. She told me to open the tablet n add it in ur shampoo

  • could I use these tablets on my skin to heal scarring??

  • I would suggest that you talk to a pharmacist at your local Walgreens or Walmart store. Since I don't know how severe your scares are, I don't want to give you incorrect information.

  • lol all try pause at 4.27 or 4.28 LOL!! Her FACE!!!

  • thanks for the info

  • I've heard of using vitamins for hair care but never knew how to do it.

Thank you for sharing this video.

  • So pretty Dee even without any make-up! :-)

I have long curly hair and have scrunched vitamin E into the dry ends. But now I will try the scalp too! Thanks for the tip.

  • interesting video

  • good tips;-)

  • I never thought to use Vit. E on the scalp. I have used it on my face in the past, though. Great advice. This will be put to use in the morning!

  • i have been usin vitamin e pills for about a month but i only use one pill and i mix it with coconut oil and a grease called hair food and i also take a pill oral everyday and my hair is growin fast

  • Do some vitamin E tablets contain wheat or mineral oil??

This sounds like an excellent idea for my hair. My skin is very sensitive and I hate spending a lot of money on cosmetics. It gets expensive after a while. I've blown through a lot of money for products that I can not use.

  • i like ur hair wen it looks messy

  • I would have never thought of doing that. Great tip and I love your hair cut although it wouldn't look as cute on my face. lol

  • Love your voice.

  • does this help your hair grow aswell?

  • Hello Bosnian3,

I am not sure that it will specifically help your hair go but It will help you keep your hair healthy.

  • @Bosnian3 i heard it does if you have thin spot you can massage it into stimulate hair growth.

  • you are so so so beautiful.

  • I just purchased the vitamin e oil, didn't even know such a thing existed..I went to a local beauty supply store and it was at the front counter...I hope it works...thnxs for this vid

  • Okay, I'ma try it, but I'm wary of it. I mean I love my hair and I don't want it to fall out. It's like my security blanket and short hair is not my thing. I just recently got a relaxer and I need something to help my scalp to heal from all of the burns. So, I've been reading that Vitamin E is really good, but I just don't want my hair to fall out or get "kinky" again. So, is this truly safe on relaxed hair????

  • you could use Vitamin E pills, but you can also purchase Vitamin E oil from pharmacy isles as well

  • Oh wow, In that case, I am going to the drug store. It's more convenient than the health food store.

  • how many times to you have to wash your hair? I have thin brittle hair i think i will try that vitamin E. I wonder if you can make a natural moose for your hair. I really like natural products hen you know waht your putting on these chemicals go through the skin.

  • say it!! say it!!! come on dude say it!!

  • Hehe! This vid is funny if you imagine she's talking about the natural vitamin E! I'm gonna start bottling mine, take a few jars round the local black hairdressers see what they'll give me for it - maybe they prefer it applied directly though, fresh outta the pods?

  • great tip. but how long do I keep the vitamin E in my hair?

  • I normally wash my hair every 4 to 5 days so it's o.k. to leave it in your hair until you wash it again.

  • whats up sexy?

  • Love your show gal!!!

  • Great tip D! :-)

  • very good tip!

  • Very nice,thank you. :)

  • also you can use olive oil .. and just put it in your hair as well..... and u can use the Vitamin E pills for your face as well ...

  • Ohhhhhh!!!!!! thanks for this vid! I never though of that!

  • Thanks for this tip girl!

  • Thank you

  • cool

  • woah, hadn't thought about this! thanks!

  • good vid i have vitamin E

  • never thought of that.

would something like coconut oil work as well?

  • I never tried coconut oil before, so I am going to be honest and say I don't know.

  • Good idea. Blessings

  • great tips!!!

  • Good Idea.....but for me the vit E stinks so bad I couldn't take it.

  • I just unwrapped my hair this morning and I don't spell anything. What type of vitamin E are you using? Are you mixing it with other products? I take the oil directly from the tablet to my hair. I don't spell anything unusual.

  • I have done that before and I never smelled anything, either. It's a good method, though. I almost forgot about that one :)

  • Now here is a warning vitamin E smells a little i have oil with mostly vitamin E in it i put it in an old Bath & Bodyworks spray bottle and put it in my hair after i wash it.

  • what kind of mousse do you use Demi?

  • Girlfriend,

I will reveal all of my hair care, makeup, and beauty products in upcoming videos. Stay tune

  • Great video, didnt think of that

  • Great video! I would have never thought about doing that.

  • Great tip! I'm just wondering if this is good for color-treated hair? I heard that oil can washed out the dye.

  • I actually put a semi-permanent dye on my hair before shooting the video. I never have any problems. It is no different then using hair grease or other hair products on your scalp. I love it because it's all natural.

  • Good advice! Thank you!

  • Great tips!

  • what if you add some of it to your favourite body moisturiser or hair conditioner bottle?

  • I never tried that before, but I am sure it will be o.k. I have noticed a lot of hair moisturizers and conditions have vitamin E in them.

  • Great tip..im going 2 give that a try when i shampoo and condition my hair again.

  • Thankx

  • i have a bottle of vitamin e oil in my cabinet and I am definitely going to use it on my scalp.

  • I loved this tip because I just bought a bottle of Vitamin E tablets but I didn't realize that my multivitamin already had E in it. Thanks for the idea!

  • This is a Good one my Mother used to use the E's and bust them open and rub on my hair. So yes this was a great tips for the girls today.

    Thanks for the reminder

  • Hi D,

I am currently transitioning and this is a great idea. Thanks.

    Lovely

  • i use da some time so good Vitamin E

  • Go ahead and do your thang girl!! :-)
