I heard FA skill will have no aoe but amp and add dmg is good so basically its more likely a pvp skill

As i heard these new transcender skills could be on Cabal Eu around october-november.I Also heard,that the developers also wanna increase the max lvl from 170 up to 180,i dont know wenn but if they do,than they have to put some new dungeon in too,that are challenging enough to the high level players.
