I was level 25, my wife was level 25, and the other chanter was 27. I know the quality isnt that great, but pretty sure you can read the numbers

The Soup Laddle is from a quest. We were able to get the quest at level 24 i think. It was better then my current mace, and I will keep it as memento for long time :p
