Its a cartridge based like a mac 10 and it uses gunpowder and a .357 paintball.. the recoil makes the next cartradge go into the marker and recock itself.

I know it takes more skill, and the guns cost 4 times as much, but maybe I don't want to play for 2 minutes and then wait around until my team is up again. Did you think of that?

Speedball, with the small field size makes it possible for television cameras to cover the event and spectators to really watch it. Woodsball, on the other hand takes place over a much larger area and the action is more decentralized, making it impossible to effectively package it for tv.
