Man, I haven't even beaten IN on Easy Mode yet... And it's mostly because of Marisa. Seriously, I have an easier time with Reisen than I do with Marisa.

Also, are you playing with a keyboard or gamepad? Generally my fingers start to cramp at around level 5 or so with the standard keyboard layout and haven't figured out how to change it yet. :/

@sengklinge The problem's your keyboard. The way keyboards are made is that multiple keys on it share wiring, because it would be really expensive to give each key its own system. Some keyboards combine these keys in a way that makes playing Touhou (or other games) extremely difficult or impossible. The solution: either buy a brand new keyboard or get a really cheap and/or used one just for playing Touhou.

I've only managed to control either with/without shift. You switch between them so quickly.

Wish I could give you a better answer, but hey, everyone learns at a different pace. I'll just tell you that once you become comfortable switching back and forth between focus and normal speed, the level of control you'll have over your character will be extremely high.

I tried out the lunatic spell practices, a few of them took me 120 tries to score once >.>

Few others I beat in first try, but those are not worth mentioning as they're easy enough for even a beginner.

Awesome movement there. Especially at Final Spark Spellcard. Marisa is a pain in the bottom. She is deffinately a tough one.

Though your title says no Death. But I am clearly seeing you using Final Word at her "Asteroid Belt" card, which you almost captured (or captured before anyway).

I know I am being picky here but death is a death. But since you used bomb on "border of life" it counts as a bomb =P.

Though I can understand the whole situation. I messed up alot of times also when Marisa had only 1mm Life left in Hard/Lunatic mode. I hate her "Comet Belt" spellcard and "Shoot the moon". The other ones are do-able.

Very well done, especially for being out of practice. But, did it seem to anyone else like the video was lagging a bit in some parts? I'm not sure if it's just my computer/internet connection, but it seems like most of Youtube's new HD videos have some lag in them to me.

Absolutely no problem with HD for me. Runs 100% smooth the whole video. I guess it depends on your computer a lot.

Also, nice job with the stage. Try with solo Reimu next, that would be interesting. I just wish I had the skill and patience for Lunatic mode.

Yeah, I doubt YouTube encodes HD videos well, so even if you have a strong computer, some sequences where a lot is on screen at once may cause the video to jerk. And, well, this kind of sucks for Touhou, since there is always a ton of shit on screen.
