Cube4you Zhanchi? Dayan Zhanchi mod! (YTO Day #26)

I put C4Y springs in my unlubed Zhanchi, and the fat end of the springs comes in contact to the center, making it really springy when it turns. Would applying lubix take away the springiness?

ermm vic, my old type A big washer does not fit the zhanchi, so i did not put ant big washer in it..... and when i want to cut corners at 90, the whole top layer "fly"

Are colored cubes like that ZhanChi allowed in competitions? Im pretty sure they're not I'm just checking

@rubikscooter5012 They are allowed. You can pretty much mod your cubes however you want. And if you think about it they really are not going to completely unscrew your cube to check if it has its original screws and springs

This isn't a mod... You're just putting a c4u core in for the dayan core.

Oh, that's the crappy C4U core. You need the really good pink ones from 2 years ago. They are the best. These always give me a problem with screws going in crooked, and me not being able to turn them to get them back out. The other cores were sturdier.
