That would be comparing pro level cymbals to intermediate level cymbals. For a more fair comparison, the 2002's, Twenty's, Signature's, or the Rude's to the AAX line. Besides, it's all about personal preference.

what can i do to block, absorb or get rid of drums noise, i live in a small house and neighbours keep complaining about noise.

Do i put something in/on the drums or hang cardboard on the walls, something like a sponge or wht?? please help me

buy the neighbors ear plugs. or you can try toffa sticks (the drum stick that has several small sticks bundled together). they do not produce as much volume as a regular stick. remo makes these foam rings that rest in a plastic insert under the top drum head. this will also take some audio out of the shell. the sticks and foam rings may do the trick. the last thing i can think of is to use the rubber pads that sit on to of the drum head and cymbals. they take most of the sound out.
