Ok , ive installed the repack 3 times now. So im guessing theres something wrong with the repack and not what im doing.

When i get into the world , i cant equip or un-equip characters gear. they have no skills. and no characters , new or old (on the repack) are allowed to speak / 'know no language'.

umm...you wont beable to run it with navicat that is a problem so u will have to remove the instance then go to the arcemu server and open the MYSQL and then go to the logon and world servers

@secretnight9 same happened to me: this is how your solve it.

This happens because you already have another version (probably older) of NET Framework (most computers have it installed by default). You have to go to programs and unisntall NET framework, then install the version given in the sidebar.

ok good. push ctrl+alt+delete and click "Start Windows Task Manager" or w/e. then go to the "Services" collumn and click the "Services" button. something should then say continue or cancel or w/e. click continue. then a little box should appear. scroll down until u see MySQL. click it, but only once. dont double click it. there should be a little column on the right that says Stop, Pause, or Restart the service. click stop. then try using the mysql in ur repack folder. should work.
