if i do this when it is happening it sometimes helps. but if i do it when not having an episode the repetitive motion can actually start an episode

About your tremors, have your tried consciencely tensing your muscles, then letting go, repeating the process every day for a period of 5 mins straight. I'm no expert but sometimes I find relief when I do this.
