  • if i do this when it is happening it sometimes helps. but if i do it when not having an episode the repetitive motion can actually start an episode

  • About your tremors, have your tried consciencely tensing your muscles, then letting go, repeating the process every day for a period of 5 mins straight. I'm no expert but sometimes I find relief when I do this.
